Trevor will lead a discussion on key Aboriginal issues affecting British Columbia’s with Thomas Isaac a leading expert on Aboriginal Law.
Tom has represented clients regarding Aboriginal and related constitutional matters across Canada – including at the Supreme Court of Canada, the federal and numerous provincial courts. Recently Tom was successful in a leading case in New Brunswick involving Aboriginal title and forestry companies and spoken widely in the media regarding the Cowichan Decision and DRIPA.
