All members in good standing are invited to attend the AGM. Members in good standing hold a valid Conservative Party of BC membership twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM.

CPBC Constitution Section 2.04 states, Each member may vote for, or stand for election to the Board of Directors of the Riding Association in which that person resides.
