Cindy Scott

CANDIDATE FOR Langford-Highlands

Cindy Scott is the Conservative Party of BC candidate for Langford–Highlands.

A community builder, Langford business owner and woman in the trades, Cindy has built her life around family, hard work, and a deep connection to her community. For more than two decades, Cindy has owned and operated KC Custom Designs Ltd., a Langford-based home building and renovation company. Her experience in construction and business has shaped a practical approach to leadership– focused on problem-solving, sound decision-making, and accountability.

Cindy and her husband of 32 years, a local firefighter, have raised their family with a strong appreciation for service, responsibility, and giving back. Her role as a mother and grandmother has also influenced how she thinks about the opportunities and quality of life being created for the next generation.

Giving back has always been an important part of Cindy’s connection to the community. She created The Holiday Home Tour at Bear Mountain, which ran for five years, with 100% of the proceeds going to vital community services, including The Goldstream Food Bank.

Cindy believes meaningful representation begins with listening. Her campaign takes a grassroots, community-focused approach, centered on staying connected to the people of Langford–Highlands and understanding the issues that affect their families and businesses. Her priorities include greater government accountability, improved access to healthcare, making life more affordable, and strengthening public safety. Cindy is committed to practical solutions that reflect the needs and priorities of the people she hopes to represent.
