All members in good standing are invited to attend the AGM. Members in good standing hold a valid Conservative Party of BC membership twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM.

CPBC Constitution Section 2.04 states, each member may vote for or stand for election to the Board of Directors of the Riding Association in which that person resides.

CPBC Riding Association Constitution and Bylaws Section 5.05 (iv) states, For nominations to be accepted the Returning Officer must receive written notice or (electronic written notice, email to membership@conservativebc.ca ) from individuals seeking nomination 15 days in advance of an AGM where the RA Executive is for election. The RA Executive may, by resolution waive the 15 written notice period and permit nominations from the floor.
