Daryl Kropp is the Conservative Party of BC candidate in Abbotsford-Mission.
Darryl has called Abbotsford home for more than 25 years. He and Corina, his wife of 30 years, raised their three children here. He has served on the board of Northview Community Church for 17 years, including 11 years as Chair.
Over more than two decades, Darryl has led major technology and organizational transformation initiatives in utilities, aerospace, and human services. At Cascade Aerospace in Abbotsford, he built the lean management system that transformed company operations. Today, he leads large-scale human services implementations at RedMane Technology and has helped build child welfare systems for Indigenous communities across Canada.
Darryl brings extensive governance and financial oversight experience. In 2018, members elected him to the board of First West Credit Union (Envision Financial), where he helped oversee one of British Columbia’s largest financial cooperatives, with more than $20 billion in assets. During his tenure, he chaired the Governance and Nominations Committee, served as Vice-Chair of the Risk, Investment and Loan Committee, and helped guide First West through its transition to Tru Cooperative Bank.
He holds the ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management, where he was class valedictorian, and is a certified Lean Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP). His track record is built on fiscal responsibility, effective governance, and getting meaningful results for the people he serves.
